URGENT – National Policy Forum submissions close today – support needed

You have until midnight tonight to reply to Labour’s policy consultation on health.

Please support the submissions from Momentum NHS and OurNHS, or submit your own.

Labour’s Health and Care Policy Commission is leading a consultation focused on mental health but they also ask questions about the last manifesto, and about health and care generally.

You can reply here in 600 words or less here. Registration is required but it only takes a minute and you don’t need to be a party member.

Time is running out, so we suggest that if you don’t have time to write your own response, you can upvote Momentum NHS’ submission  and  OurNHS’ submission

Registration is necessary to upvote, but it only takes a minute. Both submissions support the NHS (Reinstatement) Bill, so this is an excellent opportunity to back the Bill, which aims to bring the NHS back into public ownership, ending privatisation in the NHS. See http://www.nhsbill2015.org

It seems very difficult for Labour to wholeheartedly embrace the Reinstatement Bill. They do not even attempt to correct the last faulty attempt to achieve proportional representation. They do not see that the politicians allowing the NHS to founder do not even have a mandate to do so since they don’t represent the people. They have also failed to poll the public on their wishes for the NHS although there should soon be digital means of doing so.
